As a Life Coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator, Deanna Richards has more than a 25 year backdrop helping people experience a more fulfilled life.

Through coaching, Deanna helps people stuck in stable misery find fulfillment and contentment. She specializes in seasons of transition for people between 30-55 years of age. Common themes include work/life balance, reducing stress, dealing with significant life transitions such as career change, divorce, marriage, relationship tension, self-image, lost dreams, unrealized goals, spirituality, and even simplifying their life!

As a leader and coach, Deanna has mentored and trained thousands of people -- nationwide. Deanna's varied background in corporate America includes more than two decades of exposure within the realms of HR, Training, Operations, Sales, Operational Excellence (aka Six Sigma), Recruiting, Management, Regulatory Compliance, Law, and National Call Centers. In addition, she has led Women's Ministries for churches of 1,500, toured with college PR singing teams, participated as a worship leader, vocalist, worship team member, and small group leader. And Deanna has a passion for wine education and food pairing as well!

Deanna draws from her rich and colorful history in banking and financial services (WaMu), hospitality (Marriott), some law firms, wineries, and churches to offer a unique coaching style. A Seattle native and graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, Deanna completed her life coach training program with SeattleCoach. Deanna is also a member of the ICF and Puget Sound Coaches Association.
